<h2>Returns &amp; Refund Policy</h2>

<h3>Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law</h3>
<p>Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a <strong>major problem</strong> — for example it's faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or doesn't do what we said it would — you are entitled to <strong>choose a refund or a replacement</strong>. For a <strong>minor problem</strong> that can be fixed, we may offer a repair or replacement.</p>
<p>If your product is faulty, we cover the cost of return postage, and any refund includes the original shipping you paid. These rights apply on top of, and are not limited by, the voluntary policy below.</p>

<h3>Our 30-day comfort guarantee (change of mind)</h3>
<p>On top of your legal rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Solace simply isn't for you, you can return it within <strong>30 days of delivery</strong> for a refund, provided:</p>

  <li>You contact us first at <a href="mailto:hello@getsolacewellness.com">hello@getsolacewellness.com</a> to start the return;</li>
  <li>The item is returned in good, clean, working condition with all accessories; and</li>
  <li>You have proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).</li>
</ul>
<p>For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return postage, and original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. This change-of-mind policy is separate from — and does not limit — your ACL rights above.</p>

<h3>How to start a return</h3>

  <li>Email <a href="mailto:hello@getsolacewellness.com">hello@getsolacewellness.com</a> with your order number and the reason for return.</li>
  <li>We'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address.</li>
  <li>Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or replacement.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or provider to process it after we confirm your refund.</p>

<h3>Faulty or damaged items</h3>
<p>If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within a reasonable time with a photo if possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your ACL rights — at no return-postage cost to you.</p>
