This policy explains how Solace ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you visit getsolacewellness.com or make a purchase. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Order & contact details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us and your support history.

Why we collect it

  • To process and ship your orders and provide customer support;
  • To send order updates and, where you've opted in, marketing emails or SMS (you can unsubscribe anytime);
