<p>These terms govern your use of getsolacewellness.com and any purchase you make from Solace ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.</p>
<h3>Products & descriptions</h3>
<p>We aim to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Colours and details may vary slightly due to screens and photography. Solace is a personal relaxation and comfort device; it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.</p>
<h3>Pricing & payment</h3>
<p>All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and run promotions at any time. Any "was/now" or sale pricing reflects a genuine previous or recommended price. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout.</p>
<h3>Orders</h3>
<p>Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs). If we can't fulfil your order, we'll let you know and refund any payment.</p>
<h3>Shipping, returns & consumer guarantees</h3>

<p>You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Solace and may not be copied without permission.</p>
<h3>Limitation of liability</h3>
<p>To the extent permitted by law, and other than for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our liability for any claim is limited, where permitted, to resupplying the product or refunding its price.</p>
