<p>We currently ship Australia-wide. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).</p>
<h3>Processing time</h3>
<p>Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.</p>
<h3>Delivery time & cost</h3>

<li><strong>Free standard shipping</strong> on all orders within Australia.</li>
<li>Estimated delivery: typically <strong>2–7 business days</strong> after dispatch, depending on your location.</li>
<li>Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.</li>

<p>These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers.</p>
<h3>Tracking your order</h3>
<p>Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email. If it hasn't arrived in the expected window, contact us at <a href="mailto:hello@getsolacewellness.com">hello@getsolacewellness.com</a> and we'll chase it up.</p>
<h3>Lost, delayed or damaged in transit</h3>
<p>If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods damaged in transit or that don't arrive may entitle you to a remedy — we'll make it right.</p>
<h3>Incorrect address</h3>
<p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.</p>
